This chart shows the purpose and the process of the NASA Fellowship Program.  The Central focus is to show aligning the Right Person with the Right Program at the Right Time in their career.  The process is shown through a series of arrows to statements.

Three lines intersect to show the Participants Needs, depending on their existing experience, performance and career phase coming together with Agency and Center Strategic Goals and the Focus of the Fellowship Program.   These lines all come together to a Plan for Timely Application of Learning.

Next the chart indicates that there is a Competition required.  This competition is held by the agency-wide Executive Development Education Panel (EDEP).

The chart shows that the competition then leads to the selection of participants who next engage in the university Learning Experience and upon returning that Learning is Applied and Shared with the organization.

Next, the program attended is Evaluated and Measured by participants for both quality and content and for its ability to move the agency forward toward achieving its Business Results.

Finally, these results feed back to the Agency to enable the EDEP to Reassess the Programs Being Offered to ensure they are the Right Programs for NASA to offer.
